Vidhya Balan’s new endorsement
Actress Vidhya Balan has signed the deal on brand endorsement with Godrej Sara Lee’s Good Knight Naturals. Says Vidya that she’s so cautious when it comes to products applied on her skin and Good Knight Naturals seem to have impressed her lot.
Interacting with media channels about her new endorsement, she utters, “Good Knight Naturals mosquito repellent cream has wonderful attributes that helps in maintaining healthy skin. Especially at the times, when I’m out for shooting it protects me from mosquitoes and it’s a non-sticky cream.”
The actress cannot stop from getting elated, since she has been approached by a top-charting brand to endorse for its products

Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t turn down the offer when it comes to endorsements. On the dot, it doesn’t really matter for the superstar to look deep into the actual traits of brands he promotes for.
After delivering the most number of ads, it’s his turn to promote Emami’s health product Chyawanprash. It has been confirmed that Shah Rukh will play a commoner while Bengali actress Rituparna Sengupta would take on his wife’s role. The ad film will be directed by Ram Madhvani of Equinox Films who shot to fame with ‘Bheja kum’ in Taare Zameen Par.
The actress has got her spirits invigorated pairing up with her ducky-star Shah Rukh Khan. The ad commercial will be shot by first week of October and will go on airs by end of month

Sherlyn Chopra, KRK and Rajesh Khanna in Big Boss 3
These days, the entire public glare is all set on ‘Big Boss 3’ – ready to hit the small screens by next month. To be precise, the season 2 hosted by Shilpa Shetty wasn’t a big hit as it dropped down the charts of TRP.
But nothing seems to have dashed the spirits of programme program producers as they’ve decide emblazon this season with grand fiestas brimmed with hotties, drolleries and superstars. After sensationalizing with the presence of Amitabh Bacchan, the latest we hear from the closer circuit is about the confirmation of alluringly outrageous Sherlyn Chopra, our own super hero Kamal R Khan of ‘Deshdrohi’ fame and more celebs.
However, yesteryear superstar Rajesh Khanna is over dilemma as he has chose to opt between his participation in ‘Big Boss 3’ or a yet-to-be-aired show in Doordarshan. The producers are keen on getting Rajesh Khanna out of that deal and rope him herein for BB-3.

Salman carries Kareena’s shopping bags
Going by the promos of ‘Main Aur Mrs. Khanna’, one can see Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor coochie-cooing with each other. Already the pair is attracting oohs and aahs; that might earn them the lovely couple of the year tag. Say, it might be the deep relationship that both the actors share – Kareena’s sis had worked with Salman before and he in turn knows Kareena from a very young age.
According to sources, Salman-Kareena shows a great rapport on the sets too. It is heard that once when they were shooting in Melbourne, Bebo had went for shopping, and Salman was beside her to carry her bags. Not only that, he was very generous enough to pay her bill too, without her knowledge. Surprising the actress in the process when she found out!
Birdies said that he has even gifted her a 2. 5 lakh worth limited edition bag! It seems that Kareena has showed off this gift in their movie. Now, the actress is really gung-go about Salman’s sweet gestures. She claims that he is a wonderful person at heart.

A stitch in time saves Kat’s award night
The 'GQ Men of the year Awards 2009' was recently held. The ceremony had several celebrities, all dressed in their best, under one roof. The Bachchans, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Katrina Kaif, Karan Johar, Lara Dutta, Malaika Arora Khan, Abhay Deol, Irrfan Khan, Dino Morea and many other big-wigs. Lots of air-kissing and hugging took place when the famed people met each other. Amidst the fanfare, our missy was caught in distress. Katrina Kaif won ‘Woman of the Year ’award. To her utter shock, the dress ripped right up to Kat’s thigh! “For the first time I really freaked out, as the organisers kept telling me it was time to go on stage. I asked my friend to go fetch a needle and thread to sew up the tear but the poor girl was so nervous that her hands kept shaking and the stitching was crooked.” That was when Kareena’s stylist Anahita Shroff stepped in. When a panicky Katrina approached the stylist for help, Anaita just asked her to stay calm. And within five minutes she stitched the dress so finely that the tear wasn’t visible. Phew! In nick of time, Kat with a sigh of relief walked on stage to get her award.
