Ajay and Kajol represent our voice

Go through the thoughts of one of Bollwood's most loved couples and u will find out that right from the first sentence, the notions are the same ones that are right now echoing in the inner world of each and everyone of us who are shocked, terrified and almost numb to the way Mumbai-the city of dreams has been converted to a slaughter house and that too so easily with the utmost comfort by the terrorists.
Just like everyone is B-Town, Ajay Devgan and Kajol are also too stunned thinking how life can change its colour in such a short time span.
They say - Crisis is over at least that's what we would like to believe till the next one props up, which could be tomorrow, day after, today or even right now. A Salute and hats off to our armed forces who have showed such courage and made us believe in heroes all over again.

As One rescued British national hostage mentioned on TV "they have done such a good job that no other country could have done better".
We also pay our tributes to the able officers who have laid down their lives so that we can sit at our homes safe in our house today.

This is their job and they have done it wonderfully, but have we done ours? We pay our tribute to them till the crisis is over and the next working day, is exactly that, a working day. We forget all about them till next situation comes up. Our tributes last till the crisis last.

We keep giving terrorism a religion, but the fact is that "TERRORISM HAS NO GOD BESIDES TERROR". And this religion has the most fanatic followers. How does one fight such fanaticism, it sounds impossible. If there is any religion that should be wiped off this earth, it is terrorism.
Instead each religion is trying to wipe the other out. So how we fight this new religion? Do we blame political parties or do we do start something on our own. There has to be some way which we need to figure out and not forget about it after the crisis is over. India, we are proud of you.

"Media sensationalizes me with everything" – Neha Dupia

gorgeous missy with her alluring looks who just sweeps out hearts of young lads with her mesmerizing looks. Yup! Neha Dupia, the wonderful actress hasn't been getting a flick that could peak her to greater heights. Most of her films were off multi-starrer ones and didn't establish her with a rigidly powerful portrayal. 'Uh-huh! Watch me in Sivam Nayyar's Maharathi, I've got a meaty role to play on female lead' says elated Neha Dupia. Well, she doesn't let her tongue more on character since it would be merely a great surprise for audiences while watching her on the screen. All she says about Maharathi is that it's a fantastic thriller about a murder and everyone fighting for inheriting the victim's wealth.

Would it be a greatest milestone in her career? Neha is excited about this film as she had the great opportunity of working with versatile personalities Om Puri and Naseeruddin Shah. But all her expectations are mounted with forthcoming release 'Pappu Can't Dace Saala' where she performs the role of Mahek Malwade, an immaculate girl that's quite colorful.

On her issues of pairing up with Emran Hasmi and Richard Branson's gesture on television show, Neha says there isn't anything special to chit-chat about it. "It's just media that sensationalizes me with everything" tots up Dupia…

Sen Sisters are teaming up

The bong sisters have by now firmly established themselves in B-Town with a couple of credible performances in some movies.
Although they cannot be called as A-list leading ladies, the variety in looks and the inherent acting talents have helped Riya Sen and Raima Sen to carve a niche.
Soon for the first time the sisters will be seen together on the big screen.

For the Bengali movie titled as 'Nauka Dubi' to be directed by the acclaimed film maker Rituporno Ghosh, the sen sisters are going to share the screen space.
The movie's story is an adaptation of a very famous novel written by Rabindranath Tagore having the same name as that of the film.

In the original story in the novel, the characters played by the Riya and Raima do not come together.
Director Rituporno due to some reasons related to the commercial viability of the movie altered the novel and this made the roles being played by the sisters to come face to face.

Most of the shooting of 'Nauka Dubi' in which Riya is going to be directed by Rituporno for the second time in her career will take place in Kolkata during the month of December.

Chitrangada gets two plum roles

Sudhir Mishra's entire grudge against actress Chitrangada Singh who he had given a rousing entry into the tinsel town by giving her a leading role in the highly acclaimed movie 'Hazaaro Khwaishein Aisi' disappeared once he saw the second movie of the actress 'Sorry Bhai'.

It was precisely because of this film directed by Onir that Sudhir was angry and he had also made his annoyance public by stating that he was expecting Chitrangada to make a comeback to acting doing a role in his movie.

After watching 'Sorry Bhai' and liking the film very much, Sudhir not only decided to forget all his bitterness but also to give Chitrangada two new roles having a great scope for performing.
'The Nawab, The Nautch Girl and The John Company' is the name of one of the movies that will have the actress who has a striking resemblance to the late acting powerhouse Smitha Patil, playing a role of a nautch girl.

This period film's story unveils at a time when India was still governed by British rulers.
The film maker is also contemplating to make a movie which will be his take on the evergreen story of Devdas.
Shiney Ahuja will be playing the role of Devdas while Lara Dutta will be seen as Paro.

The flick named as 'Aur Devdas' is set in a political milieu in the modern times.

Chitrandgada will be seen in the role of Chandramukhi.

Nisha sheds her LOLITA look with ‘THE KILLER’

Nisha Kothari, who has primarily been noticed for her LOLITA looks since the time she was seen in the music video of ‘Chadti Jawani’ a couple of years back would be seen in a new look in THE KILLER.

From the time her music video [where she was accompanied by Nigar Khan] came on air to ‘James’, ‘Sarkar’ and most recently the item numbers in ‘DARNA ZAROORI HAI’, Nisha Kothari has been seen as a teen fantasy with her childlike innocence combined with an intense sex appeal.

But all this is touted to change as she turns sensual from sexy with her new avtar in THE KILLER where she is presented more as a woman than just a teenage girl. And credit for this new look should go to the co-directors of the film RAKSHA MISTRY and HASNAIN HYDERABADWAALA who have managed to bring around this metamorphosis.

Watch out for a saree clad Nisha in THE KILLER and you would know what we mean!

When Rahman rechristened Sujata!

She was Sujata till Rahman found her golden voice. And today, singer Madhushree, the popular crooner is more than just a name to reckon with in Bollywood. Today, after her album Lagi Lagan is hitting the popularity charts consecutively or the tenth week, Madhushree is not the kind who crests on glory. She is busy singing for Ah Rahman for his next film.

Says Madhushree, "Though I was a face, there was a time when I thought I should go back to Surniam due to inconsistency of exciting projects. That is when Rahmanji who had christened me Madhushre, offered me Naina Milayke in Saathiya. Then came Kabhi Neen Neem from Yuva which not just reinstated my position but also helped me bag the Stardust Award. Rahmanji is my mentor and it is a privilege singing for him always. I treat each time as though it were my first.

Disastrous results for 'The Other End of Line'

So excited was actress Shriya Charan, about her Hollywood flick 'The Other End of Line'. But it was merely dashing down missy's hope as it witnessed pathetic opening on last Friday in US. Of course, the film has bagged worst critics in Hollywood as well lowest of all collections in recent releases.

Ashok Amritraj churned out this film with just $ 2.5 million (Rs.12 Crore) and had collections of only $ 57,000 (around Rs 28 Lakhs) from 91 screens on the first weekend. Alas! Shriya has lots of potentials and alluring looks, so what stops her hitting bull's eyes in film industry.

Two of her previous Bollywood films Awarappan and Mission Istanbul flunked miserably at box office. Ditto to her films in Kollywood; except Rajnikanth starrer Sivaji - The Boss, nothing really went in favor for her.
Fine! What could be this missy planning out for now? Perhaps, her next move should be smart as a whip if she has got some bigger plans in film world.

'Fashion' has charged up Priyanka

It can be said without the slightest doubt that Priyanka Chopra's portrayal of Megna Mathur was one of the best performances of the B-Town babe till date.
The movie's success also has come at a time when the dusky beauty needed a hit to sustain her place as one of the top heroines.
Even though the promo videos of 'Dostana' have started to create high expectations in the film lovers minds, the good response shown by the viewers towards 'Fashion' might surely have put off the fire of loss that must have been burning inside the leading actress after the big time debacle of 'God Tussi Great Ho' and 'Drona' to a great extent.
Criticisms have been coming in for director Madhur Bhandarkar for the way in which he presented some aspects of the life in the fashion world.
But if there is one thing that everyone agrees in one voice, it is the acting range presented by Priyanka and Kangana Ranuat.
And guess who has some sweet words for Priyanka Chopra.
It is the veteran Hollywood actress Goldie Hawn who has given thumbs up for the desi girl.
Goldie had come to Mumbai as a guest of Parmeshwar Godrej and she was also invited for a special screening of 'Fashion'.
Although the American actress could not understand Hindi, she loved the movie immensely and said that Priyanka was extremely convincing in the role and could play innocent, bitchy and vulnerable roles with ease.

'Not me: it's about Sallu and Anilji' –Katrina Kaif

Close on the heels of completing production works for Yuvvraaj; Katrina Kaif is much excited and curious about film's release. Of course, one more factor delighting is mastering the toughest musical instrument Cello.
'Perhaps, don't take it granted that original music pieces were played by me. I am not an expert, but felt happy on Subashji's appreciation of facial expressions while playing it'. When asked whether she is the binding factor in this musical drama? She replies, "As the tagline goes, Music and Love binds all the characters together. Well for me, the special binding factor is relationship portrayed between Sallu and Anilji…" With whom did she feel comfortable working with? Again she brings in two of her favorite personalities, "With Anil Kapoor, I feel like working more and with Sallu I raise questions to me, 'are we working or relaxing'. So, it's been off different times with these favorite people.
