Soha caught by kisses

Soha has finally eaten her words. In Vishesh Films production’s 'Tum Mile', Soha Ali Khan has given into director’s demand to kiss the hero, Emraan Khan. The actress unwilling went ahead to smooch Emraan as the script required the pair to do it.
The director, Kunal Deshmukh, said that the actress was initially very reluctant to do it but she later agreed. “I told Soha at the outset that the script demanded a kissing scene since both of this couple are into Live-in Relationship and they need to look romantically involved with each other, so she agreed to do kissing scene,” said the director. However, after finishing a kiss scene, the director later realised that one more scene needed a kiss.
Stating on this incident, Soha said, “I had reservations as this was the first time but after discussions with the director, we went ahead with it. It wasn't in the script, that's why it took me by surprise. But it is a very sweet, tame kiss and is shot in good taste.”
Finally Emraan gets to kiss a naive beauty!
‘Tum mile’ tells a story about two lovers who are caught in the 2005 Mumbai deluge. Now let’s wait for this November to allow this movie wash over us!

Celina to take the judge’s seat

Celina Jaitly will soon be seen as a reality show’s judge. Donning this avatar for first time, Celina Jaitly will be the judge of ‘Down Under’, a beauty show similar in line of ‘Project Runway’ and ‘America's Next Top Model’. For this, the actress is said to fly off to Australia where the show’s finale is going to be held.
According to sources, the show is being produced on a lavish scale and will air towards the end of this year. It's a mix of Project Runway (which focuses on fashion & designing) and America's Next Top Model (which revolves around modelling & grooming). It is said that candidates from all over the world will participate. On this offer, Celina looks to be really excited as of now but doesn’t want to reveal much on it. The actress loves to read about fashion and follows the latest trends and has watched Project Runway. And so she knows how to approach this show, according to her close source.
Another excitement which grapples her is the Kannada version of ‘Aitraaz’. The hit Akki-Kareena-Priyanka movie is being remade as ‘Srimathi’. Celina here plays the vamp, her first taste with the negative role

Sonam wooed People

Although the Masakali girl doesn’t have any hits to her name, She still manages her way into people’s heart. The charming actress was recently tagged as the best dressed celebrity by the People magazine, according to reports.
Sonam won the first place followed by Kareena Kapoor. Whereas, Priyanka Chopra, Twinkle Khanna, Katrina Kaif were given the third, fourth and fifth place respectively! But truly, going by her short-list of movies, Sonam has been seen as the modestly dressed actress. Even for events and shows this lass showed up in elegant attires. Said the young actress, “My style isn't about trends. I don't let the clothes wear me, I wear them.”
Sonam Kapoor adores yesteryear actresses Waheeda Rehman and Nutan. Looks like she is inspired by their simply yet striking beauty. On her style mantra, Sonam had stated that she has her own style fundas and tries to be herself. “It is individual style that grabs attention. I guess I'm very confident in any outfit I wear and that comes through. But the bottom line is that I love clothes,” said Sonam.
One can next see Sonam in her father Anil Kapoor’s production ‘Ayesha’, based on Jane Austen’s novel ‘Emma’. Here Sonam has been attired in best clothes, which are said to be sourced from several Indian and international designers.
Keep flying Sonam!

Katrina bani Sambo!

It is amusing to hear the happenings at the shooting… Working for several days together, the moviemates go into a casual mode. Names give way to nicknames. And here is a latest one…
This happened on the location of Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani’. The shooting was on the roll in Goa where Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif had to get off from a jet ski onto a ladder hanging from a 200 ft overhead bridge. Sources on the spot said that Ranbir was amazed at the speed Katrina did the stunt, while he was struggling with the same. The beauty surpassed Ranbir’s expectations much to the surprise of the actor. And so the actor went on to nickname Kat for this. “Katrina was so good in the action scenes that I actually named her ‘Rambo ki sister Sambo,” said Ranbir.
“Ranbir was pleasantly surprised that Katrina is not a delicate beauty, but also a toughie when it comes to performing stunts.” sources added.
Well, Ranbir, appearances are deceptive

And now ‘Pyaar Ke Side Effects 2’

Looks the season of 2 is in! After the success of their movies, it seems filmmakers are gearing up to bring sequel of those. No Entry 2, Dostana 2, Race 2, Partner 2… Don 3! Phew! It looks like these movies are named like the British Kings – King Lewis I, Richard III… got it? Ok jokes apart…
Sources had it that Pritish Nandy is all set to bring second innings of Rahul Bose-Mallika Sherawat starrer ‘Pyaar Ke Side Effects’. The movie went well among the young junta and so the producer thought to give its sequel titled, ‘Shaadi Ke Side Effects’. It is said that the original couple will be replaced by Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor. Hmm, going by this couple, one had enough of their fighting quota with ‘Kambakkht Ishq’. We wonder how will they be in this one! It is reported that the script is ready and Kareena has liked her role in this version.
While a source from the Pritish Nandy Communications said they even have the rights to the pre-sequel and sequel of ‘Sholay’, but they will make it when they are sure about the screenplay.
Well, should we expect another sizzling affair from this one? Let’s wait to see

No Entry 2 with double mazaa

Wanted’ is sitting at the top, enjoying its success. And here is its producer Boney Kapoor planning his next venture – a sequel of the superhit rib-tickling comedy ‘No Entry’.
Sources had it that the movie is going to be titled as ‘Be Positive – No Entry 2’ – based on the one-liner “Be Positive” that Anil Kapoor kept saying often in ‘No Entry’. The catch is that the trio of heroes – Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan and Salman Khan – will play double roles in the sequel. They will be co-starring with their earlier partners - Lara Dutta, Celina Jaitley and Esha Deol. However, it is doubtful about Bipasha Basu’s involvement. Three new heroines will be roped in to support the double-role heroes.
As earlier, Anees Bazmi too will be directing the newer version. It is said that the script is ready and the movie will go on floors by the end of the year. Boney Kapoor has also hinted that besides this, he has plans to bring a movie with his wife, for which he has got a good script.
Well, don’t you think we had some “wanted” news here?

Rani waits for action

Dil bole haye rabba!
The hype and promos didn’t work in favour of the recent YRF’s release. In spite of the heroine’s attempt to play a munda, didn’t go down well with the audience. ‘Dil Bole Haddipa’ sadly missed the target.
But our Rani is not visibly depressed. With her bubby attitude she still seems to maintain confidence to prove herself next time. Though Rani found a very challenging role in playing a boy, the critics didn’t seem to have given it their words.
She played it very low before DBH, keeping away from the scenario; and she justified it as her preparations in giving her hundred percent to the viewers.
With never-give-up attitude, Rani is looking ahead for her next shot. She seems to ruminating over the idea to give some action next. It is said that the actress is fascinated with the martial art culture, especially of south and Punjabi ones and wants to try highlighting it. Said the light eyed beauty, “I like giving my audience their paisa vasooli.
I want to do an action film which will get my adrenaline high, do something I have never done before. I want to do a real Indian martial art film. We have a martial art culture down south and even Punjabi martial art is so interesting.”
Being a feel-good-movie freak, one can see her more in romantic comedies. But now Rani is determined to push herself for more difficult roles.
Hmmm, God please add Thoda Magic and make Rani’s career from Black to colours

How Lara overcame hydrophobia?

Sounds quite interesting as a film puts an end to a phobia that persisted right from her childhood, isn’t? Lara Dutta had felt that her life is at big stake when she was offered with underwater adventure ‘BLUE’. But, as astonishment of disbelief, the actress has become a professional diver after completing her biggest magnum opus ‘BLUE’. Indeed, the 31-yr old actress seems to be relieved from hydrophobia.
“Thanks to Ko Samui (Thailand),” says Lara who trained her to be a professional diver. Andrew D’Souza, director of ‘Blue’ had approached him to train the actors.
Unlike her previous films, Lara Dutta will have more prominence in this flick. Of course, there are whole lots of stunt sequences performed by her.
The multi-starrer film is all set to hit screens on Oct 16 for the occasion of Diwali
